| RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a order arrives damaged we will be more than happy to replace it. Please report any damaged shipment to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at http://williamsbigbud.com/contact.htm, Returns will not be accepted without previously recieving approval from Williams Brothers. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a replacement. We are not responsible for any damage that is not reported to us within the 48 hours of receipt. Shipping and Delivery charges are non-refundable. For orders returned to us because the recipient did not reply to delivery notices, refused the package, or the address was incorrect/incomplete the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card less shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. Re-shipping a package will incur new shipping charges plus a handling fee of 15% to cover: item inspection, replacement of any items, rewrapping and repackaging for shipping. CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent out for delivery or have been shipped. SUBSTITUTION POLICY: In the event that the ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding your order before any action is taken. SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are shipped to the EXACT Shipping Address recorded with the online order. WilliamsBigBud.com will issue, via email, a tracking number for each package shipped, upon request. Within 24 to 48 hrs of your email receipt, you can access tracking information via USPS.com track & confirm option. Once a package has been shipped from WilliamsBigBud.com- we are not responsible for it's handling and delivery. If your package is lost, it will be necessary for you to contact your local Post Office with the tracking information provided, to facilitate the tracing procedure.
